A darkish chocolate cookie, crammed with darkish chocolate chips…. with a taste and texture that’s fairly wonderful. Low carb and naturally gluten-free, these cookies will fulfill a decadently indulgent chocolate craving, asap.

Double Darkish Chocolate Chip Cookies | Eat Match, GF, Low Carb
Makes 16 cookies
Elements:
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 giant egg whites
- 1/2 cup granular Swerve
- 1/4 cup allulose syrup
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons finely floor almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup stevia-sweetened chocolate chips (e.g. Lily’s), divided
- Flaky sea salt
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk the egg whites, Swerve, allulose and vanilla till frothy, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
In a big bowl, whisk collectively the almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add within the egg white combination and stir with a spatula till mixed. Fold in about half of the chocolate chips. Roll dough into balls then wrap with plastic.
Refrigerate a minimum of 2 to three hours; dough have to be chilled earlier than baking.
Preheat oven to 350 levels. Line baking sheet(s) with parchment.
Working with one ball of dough at a time (go away the opposite within the fridge), roll the dough into balls, in regards to the measurement of a golf ball, or only a smidge smaller. Press the dough barely right into a spherical.
