OXFORD, MISS — The Oxford College District vitamin division, Good Meals for Oxford Colleges, introduced the ServSafe certification of 17 workers members and two proctors this week.
The ServSafe Certification verifies that meals service staff and managers have enough meals security information to guard the general public from food-borne sickness.
People that efficiently cross the 90-question examination obtain a ServSafe Certificates. The certification is accredited by the American Nationwide Requirements Institute (ANSI) beneath the Convention for Meals Safety Requirements.
