PARKERSBURG — The Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Council is encouraging public remark for the upcoming Complete Financial Growth Technique.
The strategy-driven five-year plan for regional financial improvement is designed to construct capability and information financial prosperity and resiliency. The regional plan covers Calhoun, Jackson, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Tyler, Wirt and Wooden Counties.
