PARKERSBURG — Wooden CR 4, North Oak Grove Street, will probably be closed on Monday for a culvert alternative starting 0.257 miles from Wooden CR 4/4, Jesterville Street, at milepost 4.49 the place crews will work between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.
