CHICAGO — Eight startups have been chosen to take part in Meals Foundry, an accelerator program by Relish Works and Gordon Meals Service in partnership with 1871. Taking part corporations will obtain $75,000 in enterprise capital funding, entry to nationwide foodservice enterprise sources, distribution and provide chain sources, curriculum and extra.
