To make a more healthy model of hen alfredo:
Begin with hen breast that’s evenly floured with quinoa or different complete wheat flour.
Pan sear till the hen is cooked by way of and add in a single cup of heavy cream and bone broth or inventory.
Add in a clove of minced garlic, and a half teaspoon of thyme and oregano. Carry the entire skillet to a simmer whereas including in parmesan cheese.
End the dish with sundried tomatoes plus broccoli and/or mushrooms. Prime with torn recent basil.
