PARKERSBURG — CAS Cable, headquartered in Parkersburg, on Wednesday submitted a cable franchise settlement software to the Metropolis of Charleston.
If a cable franchise settlement is reached, CAS Cable would offer competitors for cable, telephone and web service all through Charleston for residents and companies, the corporate mentioned.
