A 43-year-old City of Colesville man is accused of getting intercourse with somebody beneath the age of 17.
Broome County Sheriff’s officers say Daniel Stevens is charged with felony Rape and misdemeanor Endangering the Welfare of a Youngster.
Stevens was arrested January 19 and launched following his arraignment.
