The Literary Division of the Weirton Lady’s Membership, a member of the Common Federation of Ladies’s Golf equipment of West Virginia, met in September for its common dinner and assembly at Undo’s Restaurant. Enid Williams, chairman of the literary division, welcomed members and visitors. The inspiration was given by Barbara Raynolds, and the literary mild was offered by Helen Gibson, who reviewed “Lilac Women” by Martha Corridor Kelly and “Atomic Habits” by James Clear. Sandra Robbins, program chairman, launched Paul Zuros, government director at Historic Fort Steuben. Zuros informed tales in regards to the valley, together with the Dying of the Gypsy King in Weirton, a Goldenseal article by Jane Kraina and Mary Zwierzchowski and the Historical past of Holliday’s Cove by Mary Shakley Ferguson. A tentative spring basket drawing, to be held on the Mary H. Weir Public Library, was mentioned. From left are Robbins, Zuros and Williams.
