Cookbook writer and TV host, Helen Tzouganatos joined The Morning Show to share an easy-to-prepare meal that can be gluten free.
Helen has launched a brand new ebook Easy Gluten Free, and from her kitchen at dwelling she confirmed put together a fast and simple recipe for a scrumptious cafe-style shakshuka.

CAFE STYLE SHAKSHUKA
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ onion finely chopped
- 1 capsicum finely chopped
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 egg
- Feta
- Sprinkle of dukkah
- Parsley to garnish
- Salt and pepper to style
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
- Mushrooms
- Spinach
- Olives
- Any herbs or spices you want
METHOD
Finely chop greens and saute in a small fry pan till onion is brown and capsicum is cooked.
Add cumin, oregano, salt and pepper. Make a small nicely within the centre of the combination and break a uncooked egg into the center. Let the egg prepare dinner over low warmth.
Crumble feta, parsley and dukkah over the combination and prepare dinner till cheese is melted.
Serve with toasted bread.
