MARIPOSA — The UC Master Gardeners of Mariposa County will maintain a Fall Plant Sale on Saturday, Oct. 30, from 8 – 1 p.m. (or till crops promote out), on the Amigo Stage space on the Mariposa County Fairgrounds.
Native grasp gardeners have been onerous at work volunteering their time and experience to deliver you a wide array of panorama and vegetable plant choices.
They provide low costs for fall backyard greens and panorama crops suited to our native local weather. All the crops supplied can be able to transplant into your backyard or panorama.
Perennial picks embody many salvia varieties, butterfly bush, yarrow, day lily, California fuchsia, penstemon, ceanothus, and lots of others.
Timber akin to figs, catalpa, redbud and mimosa may even be available.
Herbs and fall greens will embody lettuces, kale, bok choy, chard, broccoli, cilantro, sage, chives, oregano, and so on.
They’re accepting money and checks solely. An ATM is obtainable by the Fairgrounds workplace.
The gate will open at 8 a.m. Come early as they typically promote out rapidly.
