For the dressing – 150ml avocado oil or olive oil; 75ml lemon juice; 20g recent herbs; sea salt and floor pepper.
How you can:
Whisk the dressing components collectively in a jug or shake in a screw-top jar.

Serves 4

Preheat oven to 200°C.
Scrub the candy potatoes, minimize them into wedges, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with braai spice. Roast on an oven tray for 30-40 minutes till cooked by way of and the sides are properly charred.
Take away the casing from the boerewors and with moist arms roll the sausage meat into meatballs, the scale of a ping-pong ball or walnut.
Fry the boerewors balls in a non-stick pan till golden brown and cooked by way of roughly 10 minutes.
To assemble the salad, prepare the candy potatoes and boerewors on a platter, peel and quarter the avocados and place on the platter, drizzle with candy chilli sauce and garnish with herbs or microgreens, serve heat.
Three ingredient avo braai salad
Serves 6
You’ll want: 4 complete ripe avocados; 1 English cucumber; 1 pink onion, finely diced.
For the dressing – ¼ cup soya sauce; 3 tablespoons honey; 1 teaspoon chilli flakes (non-compulsory); recent chives to garnish.
How you can:
Peel and take away the pip from the avocado and minimize into quarters. Halve the cucumber and minimize it into 3-4 cm slices. Slice the cucumber.
Toss the salad components collectively in a bowl.
To make the dressing whisk the soya sauce and honey collectively and pour over the salad, sprinkle with chilli flakes and chives, serve instantly.
